A 45 day intensive workshop cum production schedule between May June every year which has all elements of stage covered by experts from Crea shakthi and our friends and stalwarts giving you sound advise on your theatrical journey. The workshops culminate in a production at the end of 45 days where everyone who has signed on has to take to stage or plays a part!
The Level 2 program takes place for a period of 45 days between November 15th to Jan 20th every year and also culminates in a production.
Those who go through spotlight initiative end up being Crea Shakthi members through the year and the platform involves them interacting with established writers/directors/actors n creating new and different content for the stage transcending the usual grammar by finding their comfort zone and stretching their possibilities at the same time. Some may choose to work with us as interns in our training/production wing and also earn certification in Speech, Drama & Communication.
The best part about the spotlight initiative is that the participants may sign up for undiluted pure joy of creating stage plays of high caliber & quality. There is no audition and is on first come first serve basis
